J&K Bank organized a ‘Customer Meet’ in Katra, Jammu at Hotel Country Inn. The meeting was attended by a group of valuable customers representing a cross section of society like businessmen, hoteliers, senior citizens and local traders.
Cluster Head Katra, P P Gupta and Head B/U Katra Purshotam Anthal were also present on the occasion.
J&K Bank Zonal Head Jammu (west) R K Chhibber presided over the meet.
Thanking the participants for their support and long term association with bank, Zonal Head said, “The purpose of all these customer meets is to get the feedback about our products and services from our valuable clients, so that we can improve upon them to achieve the guiding principle of all our services i.e. customer-delight.”
He gave a detailed overview of the tailor-made schemes of the Bank to meet the various requirements of different sections of the society.
He assured the participants of providing complete solutions to their financial and banking related problems.
He informed the participants, “To provide a better space and service to our valuable clients here we are soon shifting the Katra B/U to a new premises at a good location. Lockers and latest banking facilities like RTGS, NEFT, E-banking, SMS banking, Debit cards including instant debit cards, credit cards Insurance products (both life insurance & Non life insurance) shall be available there.”
The B/U has two extension counters at Arli and NIharika and customers of the respective area can also transact at these counters.
Earlier, among the participants Subash Khajuria, Romesh Chander, R. Kotwal, Rakesh Wazir and others deliberated upon and highlighted various issues and policies especially about Hotel Industry.
Zonal Head also appraised the customers about the opening of new B/U’s at Ransoo the base camp of holy shivkhori cave, Chasana, Bhaga area of Reasi and at dera baba bandha bahadur.
The participants demanded more ATM’s for Katra town.
The participants gave a patient hearing to the speakers and expressed their gratitude towards the bank for such a useful interaction and information about various products of the bank and asked for regular customer meets.
