How to Open Deposit Accounts |

A) Account
opening form |

Please fill up the respective
account opening form for the particular type of
account, viz. FCNR, Rupee Savings
Bank/Fixed/Current Accounts with your signature
attested. Signatures can be attested by any one
of the following:

An official authorised by the Indian Embassy
or Consulate abroad.

Notary.
-
Your Banker.
-
A person known to our Bank

Kindly enclose two passport
sized photograph (two for each in case of joint
account holders) signed across or at the
reverse.

Please enclose a photocopy of
relevant pages of the current passport where
name, address, date of birth, date & place of
issue, expiry date, photograph, signature &
stamp regarding your stay outside India appear.

Please enclose a photocopy of
Valid work permit/ employment visa.
(In case of expired visas, duly acknowledged
petitions made to the Visa Authorities for
renewal of visas will be accepted as a valid
document.)
For Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) Copy of PIO
card or Copy of past Indian passport of self /
parent / grand-parent along with a
self-declaration about Indian origin.
